Brandon Trimble
Founding Partner
Brandon Trimble has amassed more than 20 years of experience in land brokerage and development. His focus is on selling, buying, investing in land partnerships, and entitling land. His time is dedicated to serving the needs of his clients all while striving for a complete commitment to excellence in all aspects of brokerage and investments.
Brandon specializes in investment land tracts sites, entitlement of rural land sites, multifamily sites, single family sites, pad sites, hotel sites, senior living sites, and commercial land tracts. He has also facilitated larger transactions in the suburbs, as his primary focus is the path of growth areas that surround DFW. He has extensive knowledge on where future water lines, sewer lines, and throughfares will be located, and this knowledge helps unlock value for buyers, sellers, and investors. Brandon also represents his clients and investors through strategic expansion plans and tactical site evaluation.
He attended Southern Methodist University and entered the Cox School of Business earning a degree in Real Estate Finance in the Spring of 2004. He and his wife Megan are involved in the community and have two children.

Ashtyn Hicks specializes in the strategic acquisition and disposition of expansive land parcels for both residential and commercial development across Texas. With her strong local ties and in-depth market knowledge, Ashtyn excels at uncovering new opportunities and enhancing the value of her client’s properties through innovative solutions and strategies. Her genuine passion for connecting with others makes her a trusted partner in land transactions.
Before joining Trimble Properties, Ashtyn spent three years at The Retail Connection, where she gained extensive experience working on diverse land projects and tenant representation. Ashtyn earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by a minor in Marketing from her studies in Arezzo, Italy.
